I have two versions of PSI-BLADE Psi-Blade was my fist Psionic based character. I wanted to try to stay away from the JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES mentalist syndrome so I had to come up with a 'gimmick' for the character. That is when I came up with a Psionic Arsenal. Then I had to come up with a how and why. how does it happen that her mental powers come in the shape or weapons. And why weapons. Well that is fuel for the background. I originally had a VPP for her weapons but decided to move away from it. It was a hassle to come up with ideas (and the GM did a better job of it than me.
